Job Summary
Executive Assistant to Strategists on the Client Platform, responsible for proactive, high-touch administrative support, managing highly complex calendars, coordinating extensive international travel, and overseeing end-to-end presentation support for high-profile engagements. This role includes conference planning, logistics for client meetings and internal events, preparation of briefing materials and travel itineraries, cross-functional coordination, expense reporting, and back-up coverage for the broader administrative team. Strong ownership, discretion, and the ability to navigate competing priorities are essential, with a focus on enabling leaders to perform at the highest level and delivering client-focused support across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support or senior administrative role
- Experience supporting stakeholders with a track record of heavy travel, fast-moving schedules, and a high volume of competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to manage presentation logistics and support high-profile speaking engagements and client-facing deliverables
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with new tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism
