Executive Assistant - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and prepare correspondence and presentations for the executive management team. Serve as the primary point of contact for external visitors, vendors, and property management while leading reception and mail processing duties. Maintain confidential employee files, track action items and key dates, and assist with onboarding new staff. Coordinate internal meetings including catering orders, input expense tracking, and update internal policies and procedures. Proofread and edit project-related documents to ensure accuracy. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
- Must be available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Punctuality and reliability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint
- Associate's degree or Bachelor of Arts Degree in English or related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word
- Familiarity with styles, content controls, and template development
