Job Summary

Manage the VP's complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel including itineraries and expenses, and ensure seamless coordination of meetings and follow-through across the organization. Prepare the executive for upcoming decisions by drafting correspondence, presentations, and reports while tracking action items and meeting deliverables with direct reports and stakeholders. Support business cadences by organizing leadership and staff meetings, managing Concur expense reports, and identifying opportunities to streamline administrative workflows. Handle highly confidential information with discretion and coordinate logistics for high-level executive and government official visits. Prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment requiring urgency, sound judgment, and flawless execution under tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Significant amount of experience supporting a leader for a publicly traded, global company
  • Impeccable communicator and representative for Stanley Black & Decker, both in verbal and written communication
  • Professional and positive demeanor and executive presence
  • Expert Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with travel systems and expense reimbursement procedures
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong and independent decision-making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Excellent analytical, time-management, and project management skills
  • High degree of attention to detail while also being tenacious with execution
  • Superb interpersonal skills and working in a complex, matrixed organization
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience English Fluency
