Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO at Verra Mobility responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, complex calendars, meeting and event planning, travel coordination, and cross-functional project support. Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment on initiatives, coordinate board meetings and executive events, prepare itineraries and expense reports, and handle confidential information with discretion. Requires 5+ years of EA experience with a C-Level executive and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus strong MS Office skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to a C-Level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Strong ability to execute multifaceted projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in creating reports and spreadsheets including advanced experience in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion
