Job Summary
Virtual Executive Assistant providing dedicated support to allocated Global Business Support stakeholders with primary US-hour coverage and hybrid work flexibility. Responsibilities include inbox and calendar management, travel itineraries, expense and budget management, document control and preparation (reports, presentations), project coordination, and ad-hoc tasks such as onboarding and coordinating team events. Collaboration with team members across offices (London, Delhi, Hyderabad, Newcastle, Warsaw) and support for multiple stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred) and 8+ years of experience, including supporting senior leadership in a multinational professional services environment; strong stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to balance long-, medium-, and short-term priorities and to work across international contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA from a reputed institute preferred
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in a multinational organisation with cross-cultural exposure
- Proven experience supervising teams in a professional services environment
- Experience supporting senior leadership, including minute-taking, presentation creation, and managing Excel-based reports
- Project management experience desirable; coaching available if needed
