Executive Assistant

Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Leadership (CEO/COO), manage complex calendars across time zones, draft and proofread communications and briefing materials, organize travel and event logistics, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, assist with client and campaign reports, and support planning of meetings and events involving creators, advocacy groups, and policymakers. Maintain professionalism and discretion, handle expense reports and budgets for the executive office, and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiency. Strong applicants will have 2–4 years in EA or similar roles, excellent written/verbal communication, ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Slack and Monday is preferred. Passion for digital culture, policy, and advocacy is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/support role
- experience in a creative agency, policy, advocacy, or media environment
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- high level of discretion with confidential information
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; Slack, Monday, project management tools
