Job Summary
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced, international environment. Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare presentations and reports, handle expense reporting and time-entry administration, and collaborate with administrative colleagues to ensure seamless executive coverage. Support high-volume executive communications, prioritization of time-sensitive requests, and special projects/events aimed at process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, partners, or senior leadership
- Advanced calendar management and scheduling expertise
- International travel coordination experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Concur or similar expense management platforms
- Time-entry and billing systems experience
- Document management platforms (e.g., iManage or similar)
- Strong written communication and executive correspondence skills
- Experience within legal, professional services, or corporate environments
