Job Summary
Executive Assistant to Vice President, Corporate Affairs; provides confidential, high‐level support to senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and executive communications. Requires minimum five years supporting senior executives in a corporate environment; in‐office presence four days per week at 241 Ralph McGill Blvd, Atlanta, GA. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office andAdobe applications; ability to handle highly confidential information and interact with executives, employees, customers, community stakeholders, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe applications
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel, executive meetings, expense reporting, and administrative operations
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Ability to professionally represent the Office of the VP of Corporate Affairs in interactions with executives, employees, customers, community leaders, government officials, industry organizations, and external partners
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience preparing executive briefing materials, presentations, agendas, meeting summaries, and correspondence
- Experience planning executive-level meetings, leadership events, town halls, stakeholder engagements, and special projects
- Ability to manage expense accounts and demonstrate financial stewardship and budget awareness
