Job Summary
Provide executive administrative support to the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, coordinating communications, reports, and documentation; serve as the central intake and coordination point for Curriculum Committee proposals and materials; support Curriculum Committee operations including proposal tracking and meeting coordination; assist with academic program development, curriculum revisions, and interview logistics for academic leadership; contribute to accreditation and compliance efforts; support institution-wide academic initiatives and events; maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information; require strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in higher education governance is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of executive or senior administrative support experience, preferably in higher education
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
