Job Summary
Provide structured recommendations to support executive decision-making and independently lead strategic, cross-functional projects from concept to implementation. Orchestrate the OPT Leadership Team operating model, including agenda setting, decision preparation, action tracking, and offsite facilitation. Coordinate key business governance processes such as Business Reviews and strategy cycles while preparing executive briefings and leadership communications. Partner with business and functional leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and external trends impacting strategy execution. Manage multiple parallel priorities with a high bias for action in a multicultural environment. Requires a Master's degree and significant experience in strategy or executive office; global travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Medicine or a related field
- Significant professional experience in strategy, business development, executive office, consulting, program management or a comparable leadership-facing role
- Experience in top-tier management consulting
- Business proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel globally

- Deep understanding of the OPT business model, portfolio and organizational landscape

- High bias for action, strong ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguous environments with limited direction
- Ability to manage multiple parallel priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
