Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor at First Mt. Juliet provides high-level administrative and communications support to the Senior Pastor, managing calendars, coordinating ministry activities, preparing meeting materials and sermons notes, handling correspondence, guest relations, and ministry logistics. The role requires confidentiality, spiritual maturity, and alignment with the church’s mission. Responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings and events (weddings, funerals, baptisms, Sunday duties), preparing materials and reports, maintaining organized files, assisting with ministry communications and social media oversight, and supporting church-wide communication and problem-solving in partnership with staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ProPresenter, and church-management tools is preferred; ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate tact, discretion, and hospitality is essential.
