Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Europe, supporting senior leadership with prioritization, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include planning, prioritizing, preparing meetings and materials, managing communications and administrative tasks (expenses, invoices, time reporting), and enabling effective ways of working for the continental leadership team with extensive travel as needed. You will create high-quality presentations and written communication, coordinate across functions, and support the broader leadership network while operating within a fast-moving European business environment. Fluent English required; Dutch language skills are a plus; experience with Microsoft 365 and strong organization, prioritization, and discreet handling of sensitive information are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience working in a global and cross-functional organisation
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Dutch language skills are a plus, but not a requirement
- Ability to travel extensively with the continental leadership team
