Job Summary
Executive Assistant to two founders, based in our New York City office. Own calendars with judgment, protect deep work, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, manage expenses, prep meeting agendas and follow-through, and act as the connective tissue between founders and leadership. Collaborate with the People/Admin team to plan offsites and team events, handle gifting for milestones and client appreciation, support board coordination and travel, and provide personal scheduling and research as needed. A strong candidate will be discreet, communicative, warm, and rigorous with details, fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Shopify, Greenhouse, and Justworks, and capable of operating across multiple functions in a fast-growing, in-person role in NYC.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
