Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the COO Yves-Marie and Vice President, Global Projects, supporting calendar management, international travel, and cross-functional coordination across multiple markets and time zones. Responsibilities include managing the COO’s complex calendar, coordinating internal/external meetings and travel logistics, preparing materials for upcoming engagements, handling expense reporting, and partnering with other executive leaders and assistants to ensure alignment and efficient use of time. The role emphasizes proactive scheduling, gatekeeping, and leveraging technology/AI to improve organizational efficiency in a global, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced professional environment
- Experience managing complex calendars, international travel, and competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through
- Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and understand how executive priorities, projects, and business objectives intersect
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Collaborative working style and ability to partner effectively with other executive assistants and cross-functional teams
- Comfort utilizing technology, productivity tools, and AI to improve efficiency and executive support operations
