Job Summary
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones while serving as the key point of contact for senior leaders, board stakeholders, and external partners. Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives. Coordinate leadership team meetings, governance activities, and action tracking to ensure priorities are executed effectively. Support special projects, business reporting, and budgeting activities while identifying opportunities to improve processes. This role requires 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in a complex corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands and deadlines
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior stakeholders across a global organization
- Experience preparing executive presentations, board materials, leadership communications, and governance documentation
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering a high level of service
