Executive Assistant to the CEO responsible for owning the CEO’s calendar, coordinating domestic and international travel, managing board meeting logistics, and serving as a liaison with investors, board members, customers, and the Vizcom team. The role blends classic EA duties (calendar, travel, expenses) with strategic coordination and light personal support, requiring discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong written/verbal communication. The successful candidate will collaborate with operations leadership and work in-office in San Francisco, supporting a fast-growing AI-powered startup. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools is expected, with a bias toward action and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a CEO, founder, or other C-suite executive
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery of Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with AI-powered workflows is a plus
- Ability to manage calendars, travel, board logistics, and investor communications
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential business, financial, and personal information
- Willingness to be on-call for time-sensitive issues outside standard business hours
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in-office
- Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
