Job Summary
Manage the CEO's complex calendar across multiple time zones and execute seamless international travel logistics while acting as the primary gatekeeper for internal and external communications. Analyze cross-departmental data to build actionable executive reports, audit workflows for inefficiencies, and synthesize complex information into decision-ready briefs. Assist with financial tracking, budget auditing, and monitoring key financial indicators to ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget. Maintain complete situational awareness of priorities and deadlines, proactively identifying operational gaps before they arise. Requires proven experience in executive operations, high-level analytical thinking, and comfort working asynchronously in a fast-paced global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief Of Staff, Business Operations Manager, or Strategic Coordinator
- Exceptional logic and problem-solving ability
- High adaptability, mental resilience, and composure in fast-changing, high-pressure environments
- Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, financial statements, and basic business finance principles
- Willingness and technical setup to work asynchronously and align with the CEO's shifting global schedule
- Advanced proficiency in modern workspace tools (e.g., Claude, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, project management platforms)
