Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO providing 1:1 executive support with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and leadership-event coordination. Responsibilities include preparing materials, read-ahead documents, tracking action items, leading special projects using Microsoft 365, coordinating corporate events, liaising with executives, staff, clients, and partners, and drafting high-level reports and presentations. Requires ability to handle sensitive, confidential information, and experience supporting senior leadership. Hybrid schedule with onsite presence at the Northern Virginia office three days per week. Bachelor’s degree preferred with five years of experience in administrative/executive support; government-contracting familiarity and active clearance or ability to obtain clearance are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of five years of experience in administrative, office management, or executive support roles
- Active clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five years of experience in administrative, office management, or executive support roles
- GovCon familiarity or experience in government contracting (preferred)
- Active security clearance or ability to successfully obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance (preferred)
