Job Summary
Manage the President/CEO's calendar, communications, and logistical arrangements while acting as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors. Draft and edit sensitive correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, and support leadership team coordination and organizational initiatives. Assist with strategic projects, outreach efforts, and special initiatives, while also managing personal and family-related appointments, travel, and household tasks with confidentiality. Maintain organized systems for tracking priorities and follow-ups, exercising discretion across organizational, personal, and legal matters. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of C-level executive support experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must pass a comprehensive background screening including criminal checks and abuse clearances. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience providing direct support to C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, meetings, communications, travel, and confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
- Valid driver's license and insurance with the ability to travel on behalf of the organization
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must be subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing
