Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO at Pacific Science Center provides senior-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar and travel, coordinating meetings and events, handling budgets and expense reports, maintaining CRM activity, onboarding new Board members, preparing meeting materials, ensuring board governance compliance, and supporting donor engagement. Requires strong written and oral communications, calendar management, event planning, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel). Primarily onsite with hybrid flexibility; includes office management duties and collaboration with the executive leadership team. Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience (at least 1 year supporting an executive) and a HS diploma or GED; preferred 5+ years at the executive level and a Bachelor’s degree.
