Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO at Mesa Quantum who will manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities, coordinate domestic and international travel, plan and execute events and meetings (including board meetings and offsites), draft communications, support presentations and documentation, and handle logistics with discretion. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong organization, proactive stakeholder coordination across time zones, travel planning, and maintaining organized records, while providing comprehensive administrative support to enable the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness in a fast-paced deep-tech startup environment.
