Job Summary
Coordinate the managing partners' calendars, set reminders, and handle appointment rescheduling. Act as the primary point of contact between partners, internal staff, clients, and external contacts by managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Assist with general administrative tasks, document preparation, and special projects driven by the partners. Oversee organizational tasks and document filing to ensure smooth office operations. This role supports the Managing Partners of SourceProSearch, a real estate law firm, offering recent graduates a chance to gain exposure to high-level legal work and professional development within a top-tier environment.
Required Qualifications
