Job Summary
Executive Assistant to Management to support Management in daily business operations, handling calendar, travel arrangements, administrative and secretarial duties, proactive support of daily operations and business priorities, ownership of tasks, and contribution to internal process improvements. Requires 5+ years of EA/administrative experience for CEO/GM, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Public Relations or related field, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills; must be proactive, detail-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, and maintain a professional presence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Administrative role for CEO or General Manager
- Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related field
- Fluent English (written & verbal) and excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong sense of initiative with the ability to work proactively and independently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
- Elegant professional presence and communication style
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on responsibilities
