Executive Assistant to ISSB Chair

Job Summary
Manage the ISSB Chair's diary across multiple time zones, ensuring punctuality for meetings and engagements while coordinating dynamic domestic and international travel logistics including visas and real-time schedule adjustments. Oversee virtual and in-person meeting arrangements, provide IT support for virtual setups, and handle visitor reception. Process monthly professional expenses, pre-approve travel claims for direct reports, and manage correspondence, document approvals, and administrative tasks. Liaise with internal staff, senior management, board members, and external stakeholders including government officials and regulators. Requires extensive experience supporting senior executives in international environments, exceptional planning skills, and high integrity. Located in London, UK, this 18-month fixed-term role reports to the ISSB Chair.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive and proven experience of supporting a senior-level executive (Executive Committee Member, or higher) in an international environment and managing extremely complex travel and meeting arrangements across time zones
- Exceptional reliability, planning, organisational and administrative skills with frequent follow-up
- High level of integrity and professionalism; ability to be discrete and manage confidential or sensitive information
- Ability to work collegially and effectively with staff and stakeholders at all levels, both in-person and remotely
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Reader
- Must be available for London, UK (hybrid working)
- Must be available for 18mth fixed term contract, full-time
