Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO of a multi-entity organization, with a primary emphasis on revenue and pipeline discipline. The role centers on hands-on HubSpot CRM management, 100% follow-up discipline, tracking deal velocity, and preparing briefs and post-call summaries. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean revenue dashboard, managing a complex calendar across multiple verticals, prioritizing meetings by revenue impact, coordinating travel and speaking logistics, and translating strategy into structured task lists with a weekly priority dashboard. The candidate must be highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to operate with strong judgment and ownership while supporting senior executives in a fast-moving startup/growth environment. EST overlap is required; strong written English and experience with CRM/project management tools are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years supporting senior executives or founders
- Direct HubSpot experience (required)
- Strong written English
