Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO at High-Growth Genetics Startup

Job Summary
Manage complex, fast-changing calendars by resolving conflicts and shifting priorities proactively. Own inbox management, including prioritizing, flagging, and drafting responses on the CEO's behalf. Coordinate frequent domestic and occasional international travel, often on short notice. Anticipate needs before being asked, functioning as an extension of the CEO's thinking. Provide light office management support, including greeting guests and keeping the space organized. Take on ad hoc special projects and operational tasks as they arise. Provide light personal support, such as appointments and personal travel, as needed. This in-office role is based in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, 5 days/week, with a salary of 120-150K DOE plus equity.

- Previous experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced startup environment

- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and minimal oversight
