Job Summary
Manage the Director of Operations' calendar, travel logistics, and inbox, triaging communications and resolving issues independently. Prepare monthly operational reports, internal presentations, and briefing materials while maintaining accurate CRM notes and action item tracking. Monitor workflows across the attorney network and VLP, escalating delays only when necessary and updating shared databases with consistent accuracy. Draft professional correspondence, handle incoming calls, and oversee special projects like affiliate onboarding and process improvements. Provide proactive support on invoicing, BBB reviews, and claims pipeline management to reduce friction for the Director.
