Executive Assistant to Co-Founder

Job Summary
Manage the Co-Founder's complex calendar, including updating meeting cadences, aligning schedules, and proactively scheduling large meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Handle heavy email and schedule management while preparing for team meetings by creating content, capturing action items, and circulating notes. Support event preparation by researching locations, managing logistics, and arranging content for client outings, community engagement, and employee appreciation events. Provide personal assistance to ensure the Co-Founder's productivity and efficiency, demonstrating initiative, discretion, and tact in handling requests. This role involves defining specific responsibilities as an expert who helps the organization become more productive, with occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- 3 of which include supporting multiple C-Suite executives
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Slack
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, shift gears quickly, and meet deadlines in fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professional composure
- Demonstrated history of being highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid analytical, research, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site at our Hoboken HQ 4+ days per week for in-person collaboration
- Willingness to travel occasionally
