Job Summary
Executive Assistant to a Co-Founder/CEO based in Los Angeles, in-office at HQ with some remote Fridays. Supports high-profile CEO, functioning as a trusted right hand across business and personal operations, including complex calendar management across time zones, extensive domestic and international travel planning, and coordination with household staff and vendors. Role requires discreet handling of highly confidential information, proactive long-range planning, and the ability to fluidly switch between executive, administrative, and personal support. Frequent travel with the CEO and attendance at two luxury properties; collaboration with the CEO’s Chief of Staff and the wife’s office. Must have 8+ years supporting CEOs/UHNW individuals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and exhibit exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or UHNW individual in a similar capacity
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure, 24/7 environment
- Flexibility to travel with the CEO and accommodate a dynamic schedule
- Experience managing or working alongside household staff and external vendors
- Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities
- High emotional intelligence—you read the room, understand nuance, and lead with empathy
- Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times
