Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and Finance team, including managing the CFO’s calendar, scheduling, meetings, and email communications; preparing materials and supporting documentation for board meetings; handling confidential correspondence and sensitive information; serving as a primary point of contact for communications; processing invoices and financial documents; maintaining digital filing systems; coordinating insurance renewals and claims; assisting with audits and welfare/exemption processes; supporting donor correspondence; coordinating team operations and events; developing and maintaining administrative systems and SOPs; adapting to changing priorities and providing operational support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Alignment with Bethel Church’s mission, values, and Statement of Faith
