Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Chairman provides comprehensive, detail-focused support to the Chairman at the Group level. Responsibilities include managing a complex calendar, coordinating meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders, arranging international travel, overseeing expense management and invoices, preparing high-level correspondence and documents, handling confidential information, and undertaking additional projects as directed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years’ experience supporting senior executives in multinational organizations, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools, and excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
