Job Summary
Executive & Administrative Assistant to the CEO at Vital Health. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and priorities; prepare meeting agendas and materials; assist with email management and drafting; act as a liaison between the CEO, staff, and external partners; coordinate meetings, events, and organizational initiatives; maintain organized documents and workflows; support day-to-day administrative needs; manage supplies and resource tracking; track expenses and assist with invoices; support planning and execution of meetings and projects; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and build scalable systems; requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality; experience with Google Workspace is essential; healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus. Full-time, primarily in-person with some off-site responsibilities, located in Maumee, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in executive or administrative support
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
