Job Summary

Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, manages calendar, travel arrangements, and communications, and supports the CEO’s interactions with the executive team and LIIF’s Board of Directors. The role coordinates daily operations and projects, drafts written and email correspondence, prepares materials for meetings, creates PowerPoint presentations, and assists with department budgets and contract-related activities in Salesforce. The EA collaborates with the executive team to ensure effective communication and governance, coordinates governance meetings, and supports administrative operations and vendor management using tools such as Outlook, Sharepoint, Asana, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Salesforce, and Concur. The position requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of comparable experience supporting a C-level executive
  • Advanced-level skills with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; proficiency with Excel, Asana, and Zoom; and familiarity with Salesforce and expense management systems like Concur
  • Ability and experience with AI tools, primarily MS Copilot
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Travel 2-4 times per year

  • Travel may be required 2-4 times each year.
