Job Summary

Manage complex calendars, coordinate global meetings and travel, and process expenses for 2–3 sales leaders across the Go-to-Market function. Draft reports, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on information requests while identifying and resolving administrative issues with internal stakeholders. Utilize business tools including Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and Gong to support leader productivity. Handle routine inquiries, reprioritize work based on business demands, and lead project initiatives by tracking milestones and managing risks. This role requires strict confidentiality when interacting with senior leaders and involves supporting leadership meetings, team offsites, and standing events.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive or senior leader administrative support
  • preferably in a global, matrixed sales or go-to-market environment
  • advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneNote
  • familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong
  • a college diploma, university degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • proficiency with travel, expense management, and related approval systems
  • experience working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, and multicultural business environments
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to prepare clear agendas, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications
