Job Summary
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, handling confidential information, organizing executive files, coordinating board and committee logistics, taking minutes, and distributing packets. Acts as a liaison between the executive office and hospital departments, staff, community partners, and outside agencies. Supports special projects, travel reimbursements, and hospital events; ensures compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Requires strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to work independently in a rural healthcare environment. Occasional after-hours attendance and light regional travel are possible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
