Job Summary
Executive Assistant role supporting Marriott International properties in Singapore, handling front-office-style administrative duties. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, drafting and distributing letters and meeting minutes, organizing and filing physical and electronic records, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to prepare documents. Responsibilities also cover data entry for reservations and guest inquiries, operating standard office equipment, and communicating guest requests or complaints to appropriate personnel. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, upholding company policies, presenting a professional appearance, delivering excellent guest service, and supporting the team to achieve common goals.
