Job Summary
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Executive staff in a large corporate environment. Responsibilities include calendar management for VPs/AVPs, coordinating meetings and events, travel arrangements and visas, preparing expense reports, onboarding new staff, coordinating audits and reports, managing documents and distribution lists, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Requires five years of EA experience, a Diploma in Administration, strong MS Office skills, excellent written and oral communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of executive assistant experience in a large corporate environment
- Diploma in Administration or extensive related administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal, professional, and diplomacy skills with a high comfort level in dealing with senior management and individuals at all levels in the organization, as well as outside contacts
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
- Proven relationship skills including the ability to act as a liaison between Audit Services staff and all internal and external customers and vendors
- Strong customer service and commitment to quality
- Ability to communicate ideas orally and in writing
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Proven self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects and prioritize work
- Results-oriented and organized
- Ability to pay great attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions and exercise sound judgment
- Demonstrates tact and professionalism and maintains confidentiality
- Ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive information is particularly important
