Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner in a NYC-based, in-person role. You own the Managing Partner's calendar end-to-end, manage the inbox, handle travel logistics, and coordinate across leadership teams and clients. You draft responses in the Managing Partner's voice, build AI-native workflows, and ensure critical commitments are tracked and closed. The role requires high discretion, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority workstreams. You will operate at the center of the firm's client and partner interactions, supporting a fast-moving, confidential environment with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting senior executives (founder/CEO/partner preferred) in a fast-moving, high-conf confidentiality environment
- Proven command of an executive inbox and calendar, triage, prioritization, drafting responses in the executive voice
- Daily, hands-on use of agentic AI tools (Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT) to automate workflows
- Bias to automate and build workflows to reduce repetitive tasks
- Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail; ability to catch what others miss
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication; ability to write on someone else’s behalf
- High EQ and ability to build trust quickly with reliability-focused colleagues
- Comfort managing multiple high-priority workstreams without sacrificing quality
- High ownership, low ego, and a builder’s mindset
- Ability to plan and book complex travel; assist with client-site visits and schedules
- Discretion handling confidential business, client, financial, and personnel information
