Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at RIPEA, a nonprofit serving Indiana’s public retirees. You’ll be at the center of the organization, helping leadership stay focused, ensuring projects move forward, and supporting initiatives that improve lives of retirees across the state. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted right-hand to the Executive Director, coordinating board activities, leadership communications, and key priorities, keeping projects and cross-functional workstreams on track, strengthening internal operations and workflows, and supporting meaningful work across the Association, Foundation, and Insurance Trust. Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, a strong communicator with executives, board members, and stakeholders, capable of managing multiple priorities and handling confidential information with professionalism. This is a fast-paced, mission-driven role with opportunities to grow, lead, and shape organizational success.
