Job Summary
Manage the calendar and itineraries for the President and Vice-President of Sales and Supply Chain, including scheduling flights, ground transportation, and accommodations. Generate weekly IFG updates with financial numbers, milestones, and challenges, and produce daily sales reports and inventory data for the Sales team and sister companies. Prioritize inquiries, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and facilitate important meetings, social events, and customer visits for the department. Support the execution of customer-facing programs such as new customer onboarding and the customer appreciation month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree
- 4 years' executive administrative and/or office experience
- Must be able to type proficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects under high stress environment
- Ability to adapt to continually changing priorities
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Follow up and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learner
- Problem solver
- English required
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous executive level support
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience with Concur and managing expense reports
- Bilingual in Spanish
