Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Head of P&C Re Head Business Operations & Enablement (BOE), based in Bangalore. Provides proactive administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, expense administration, and leadership activities; coordinates meetings, prepares briefing materials, and manages communications with internal/external stakeholders. Supports onboarding, team events, and leadership visits; coordinates offsites and events; leverages digital tools and AI (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity. Works with the Assistant Team SID within the APAC Operations Team in a hybrid model (in-office at least three days per week).
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proactive administrative and calendar management skills
- Travel coordination and expense administration
- Meeting logistics, agenda management, minutes, and action tracking
- Stakeholder management and professional communications
- Preparation and distribution of leadership materials and presentations
- Onboarding support and event coordination across distributed teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; AI tool awareness (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Proactive and anticipatory mindset for smooth execution
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Team collaboration across cultures and time zones
