Job Summary
Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Country Manager by proactively anticipating priorities, identifying risks, and removing obstacles before they arise. Own and manage the executive calendar across global time zones, coordinate internal and external meetings, and prepare briefing documents, presentations, and meeting materials. Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel planning, including commercial travel, private aviation, accommodation, and transfers, while developing detailed itineraries and monitoring travel in real time. Build trusted relationships across Retail, Support Centers, and key external partners, acting as a central point of coordination for the USA leadership team. Provide general administrative support and backup coverage for other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless operations during absences. Maintain exceptional attention to detail, operate with integrity and complete discretion, and remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities. This role requires flexibility to work outside standard business hours and attend in-office meetings as part of a hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting a senior executive within a global organization
- Proven experience managing complex international travel and executive logistics
- Experience supporting Executive Leadership Teams and coordinating high-level meetings
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and executive productivity skills
- Experience coordinating across multiple countries, cultures and time zones
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when business needs require
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to regularly squat/kneel
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely
