Job Summary
Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, and prioritize requests to keep leadership focused on high-value work. Track action items, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure efficient information flow between leadership, employees, vendors, and partners. Plan seamless travel experiences, organize meetings and events, and create systems to anticipate challenges before they arise. Maintain strong relationships through thoughtful communication and exceptional attention to detail. This full-time role reports to the COO within the Administration department, supporting senior leadership at Stylecraft, a Texas homebuilder with over 40 years of experience building communities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives, business owners, senior leaders, or managing complex administrative responsibilities
- Highly organized and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the details
- Proactive and naturally think ahead instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other business tools
