Job Summary
Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, and prioritize requests to keep leadership focused on high-value work. Track action items, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure efficient communication between leadership, employees, vendors, and business partners. Plan seamless travel experiences, coordinate meetings and events, and create systems to anticipate challenges and improve processes. Report to the COO in the Administration department. This role supports senior leadership at Stylecraft, a Texas homebuilder with nearly 40 years of experience building communities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives, business owners, senior leaders, or managing complex administrative responsibilities
- Highly organized and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the details
- Proactive and naturally think ahead instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other business tools
- Must be willing to commute to College Station, TX
- Full-Time employment
