Job Summary
Manage budgets for Access & Accommodations, Campus Life, Counseling, Housing, Recreational Sports, and Career Development departments. Oversee social media accounts and create bi-weekly campus-wide announcements. Plan events and develop marketing materials for these programs. Maintain accurate records and support office operations across Student Affairs. Requires 40 weekly hours and a bachelor's degree with one year of administrative experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- One year of administrative support experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience (in lieu of a degree)
- Excellent communication skills, including written, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications used to create, maintain, and distribute reports, correspondence, and organizational records
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping practices
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accurate records and supporting office operations
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and reporting
- Skill in providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive working relationships
- Skill in utilizing Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications to track, analyze, and manage data
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-reliance and initiative
