Job Summary
Executive Assistant to senior leadership in a well-established engineering and manufacturing organization; responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders, supporting office operations and cross-functional coordination, assisting with internal projects and communications, coordinating visitor logistics, preparing documents and presentations, assisting with newsletters and ad hoc operational initiatives, and providing reception backup as needed; opportunity to transition to a permanent role after 6 months; on-site in Hamilton, ON.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working fully on-site in Hamilton
- Flexible and willing to support evolving business needs and deadlines
- Experience with project coordination or operations support considered an asset
- Accounting or bookkeeping exposure considered an asset
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or technical environments considered an asset
