Job Summary
Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executive-level personnel, serving as a project manager for various special projects, analyzing and improving organizational processes, and managing data, calendars, meetings, and communications. Responsibilities include researching and preparing documents and presentations, developing/maintaining office procedures, handling confidential information, coordinating events and meetings, preparing materials for organizational staff, acting as a gatekeeper to protect the Executive's time, building internal/external relationships, recording meeting discussions, and performing additional duties as assigned. Required skills include an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in a business office with emphasis on database management and customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and strong organizational, independent-thinking, and interpersonal abilities. Preferred qualifications include a BA degree or business equivalent and 5 years of business experience.
