Job Summary
Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and prioritize appointments to ensure seamless scheduling. Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and follow up on action items while organizing materials for internal and external meetings. Oversee travel arrangements, expense reporting, and budget tracking for the CEO's office. Assist with special projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives, serving as a liaison between leadership and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing internal and external communications with discretion. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the creative management and consulting agency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in creative industries or consulting environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
