Job Summary
Manage complex calendars and international travel for the Head of European Trading and three senior leaders, prioritizing meeting requests across multiple time zones. Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, book facilities, and handle domestic and international itineraries including flights, accommodation, and ground transport. Act as a gatekeeper by declining non-essential requests, protecting focus time, and making routine scheduling decisions without executive approval. Process expenses, prepare documents, and organize visitor logistics, business dinners, and meet-and-greet arrangements. Exercise independent judgement to anticipate needs and resolve travel disruptions proactively. Support the leadership team in a fast-paced trading environment requiring absolute discretion and strong time management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting senior executives in a demanding corporate environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Extensive experience managing complex calendars and international travel
- Strong judgement and the confidence to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
