Job Summary
Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, emails, and correspondence while running business errands and maintaining virtual files. Generate memos, reports, and spreadsheets; book travel and accommodations; and prepare meeting minutes with follow-up on action items. Serve as the liaison between SMC and CB, corresponding with owners, stakeholders, and clients. Assist with marketing materials, website maintenance, proposals, contracts, fundraiser ads, and social media management. Lead diverse teams, develop new initiatives, and analyze metrics in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required with five years of administrative experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Public Administration, or related field, or college accredited certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and use of calculator
- At least 5 years' experience in adminstration
- Strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading diverse and comprehensive work teams
- Must be data-driven and adept at analyzing and utilizing metrics and data
- Must be strategically innovative and entrepreneurial, with the ability to develop new initiatives and proposals
Desired Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of Paychex, preferred
- The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules, meeting deadlines and administrative support
